REWRITE 2026 - Own Your Story is a powerful six-week journey designed to help you uncover, understand, and rewrite the personal stories that have shaped your life. Running from 28 April to 2 June 2026, every Tuesday from 7:00–8:30pm BST, this programme guides you through a deeply reflective process of examining the narratives you’ve inherited, the beliefs you’ve internalised, and the identity you are ready to step into next.

Over six transformative weeks, you’ll begin by excavating your life story — mapping out key moments, recognising the influence of family systems, and identifying the messages you were taught about who you are. You’ll reconnect with the child you once were, exploring attachment patterns, early wounds, and the adaptations you made to feel safe, all while offering compassion to the younger version of yourself.

You’ll then explore the stories you continue to tell yourself today. Through practical tools grounded in cognitive behavioural principles, you’ll learn to recognise limiting beliefs, quiet your inner critic, challenge unhelpful narratives, and build a stronger, kinder internal voice. Together, you’ll gently unpack shame and guilt, understanding how they live in the mind and body, and learn self-compassion practices that support healing, authenticity, and emotional freedom.

The programme then moves into intentional transformation. You’ll engage in creative writing exercises, visualisation, vision-boarding, and reflective work that helps you imagine and claim a future shaped by choice rather than old scripts. You’ll be supported in giving yourself permission to grow, change, and reinvent the parts of your identity that no longer reflect who you are becoming.

In the final week, you’ll step into your truth — sharing your new narrative (in a way that feels safe for you), celebrating your resilience, and grounding these changes through integration practices you can carry forward. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of agency, clarity, and connection to the story you want to live.
