RELEASE 2026
Grief Support & Honouring Your Losses

Grief changes us. It softens, rearranges, unsettles, and sometimes silences parts of our lives we once recognised. This programme is a tender space created for anyone navigating loss in its many forms—loss of people, relationships, dreams, identity, health, or versions of yourself you’ve had to leave behind.
Dates: 11th March - 1st April 2026 Time: Wednesdays 8:00-9:30pm GMT
Creating space for all that you've lost.
Here, you are met with compassion, understanding, and gentle guidance as you explore what it means to honour your losses while slowly opening to what life is inviting next. You are not asked to rush, “move on,” or be strong. Instead, you are invited to breathe, acknowledge, and carry your grief with grace.
What You'll Explore

Week 2
The Many Faces of Loss
Week 3
Moving Through Grief
Week 1
Understanding Grief
Week 4
Grief in the Body & Finding Meaning
What You Will Experience
Across four supportive weeks, you’ll explore the emotional, physical, and spiritual layers of grief in a way that feels steady, safe, and grounded. Each session combines reflection, education, therapeutic exercises, and guided practices to help you make sense of your loss without pressure or shame.
You will experience:

The Many Faces of Loss
Naming and validating ambiguous loss, generational grief, anticipatory grief, and the quiet losses we often minimise.
Moving Through Grief
Exploring the tasks of mourning and discovering ways to stay connected to your loss.
Understanding Grief
Exploring loss, debunking myths, and allowing yourself to feel.
Grief in the Body & Finding Meaning
Exploring somatic release and nurturing your body as well as uncovering growth and meaning in pain
Welcome from Ify
Grief is not something to fix. It is something to honour.
Over the years having gone through my own grief, I’ve supported individuals and families navigating losses that were spoken, unspoken, visible, and hidden. I have also worked in hospice care supporting end of life patients and their carers (family members).
Every loss carries weight and you deserve a space where your story can unfold without judgment or urgency.
This programme is a soft landing place for your pain, your questions, your memories, and your hopes. You don’t have to grieve alone. I’m here to walk with you.
— Ify Bam, Integrative Therapist
