REBUILD 2026 - Betrayal & Trust Recovery: Rebuilding After Broken Bonds is a compassionate six-week healing journey designed to help you make sense of betrayal, rebuild your sense of safety, and slowly learn to trust yourself—and others—again. Running from 27 October to 1 December 2026, every Tuesday from 7:00–8:30pm GMT, this programme offers a grounded, non-judgemental space to process what happened, understand its impact, and begin restoring your inner stability and confidence.
You’ll begin by exploring the anatomy of betrayal—how it shows up in intimate relationships, friendships, workplaces, and families. You’ll learn why betrayal trauma affects you so deeply and begin giving language to your own betrayal story with gentleness and respect for your pace.
In Week 2, you’ll move through the emotional aftermath: the shock, anger, grief, confusion, and disorientation that betrayal often brings. You’ll explore how betrayal can create trauma symptoms, how betrayal bonds form, and how to navigate difficult decisions during times of emotional crisis.
The programme then shifts toward rebuilding self-trust—because trusting others starts with trusting yourself. You’ll reconnect with your intuition, learn to recognise when your inner wisdom is speaking, and explore ways to stop patterns of self-betrayal so you can rebuild a stronger, more reliable relationship with yourself.
In Week 4, you’ll develop discernment in relationships: understanding red flags and green flags, identifying healthy and unhealthy patterns, and learning how to recognise safe people. This is not about becoming guarded—it’s about becoming grounded and empowered.
The question of forgiveness becomes the focus next. You’ll explore what forgiveness truly means, what it absolutely does not require, and why it is never about excusing or reconciling with harm. This week supports you in creating your own path to closure—on your terms—without pressure, timeline, or obligation.
Your final week opens the door to trusting again, slowly and intentionally. You’ll explore the idea of calculated vulnerability, how to build new relationships with wisdom rather than fear, and how to carry forward the lessons of your experience without letting it define your future. You’ll leave with hope, clarity, and a renewed sense of possibility.
